SABI dosing pumps meet the needs of the market, ranging from the supply of bare-shaft pumps to complete dosing or injection systems. SABI’s production includes piston and diaphragm dosing pumps with flow rates from just a few cubic centimeters per hour up to 10,000 l/h and pressures of up to 1,200 bar.

SABI dosing pumps

The pumps are built according to API 675 standards. The engaged piston return system ensures low NPSH values under all operating conditions. Stroke adjustment, whether the pump is stationary or in operation, can be performed manually or via a pneumatic or electronic servomechanism.

The flow rate variation is achieved as follows:

Range 10–100% through stroke adjustment
Range 5–100% using a mechanical speed variator or an electronic frequency converter, allowing speed variation with an accuracy of 1%
