High pressure pumps

The high-pressure triplex reciprocating pumps of the STP series are designed for heavy-duty applications in compliance with API 674 standards.

 

  • Pressure: up to 1,600 bar
  • Flow rate: up to 72 m³/h

The STP series reciprocating piston pumps are engineered to ensure high reliability, long service life of wear components, and easy maintenance. The crank mechanism is sized to guarantee continuous operation. Various configurations of the hydraulic section are available to meet process requirements. Specific solutions have also been developed to handle particular fluids or to meet installation conditions such as:

 

  • High fluid compressibility
  • High suction pressure (>30% of discharge pressure)
  • Low and high fluid temperatures
  • Low NPSH, below 2m
